Strategic Engagement is a professional Management Consulting firm with a sole purpose of providing value for money solutions to its clientele. We work with client organizations in streamlining people Policies, systems, and practices such that our clients can maximize their business potential.

We intend to till a number of positions on behalf of our client; a distributor of premier and international personal care products, confectionery brands and otherfood products. The client is part of a Group of companies that has had a presence in East Africa for over two decades engaging in divergent businesses such as manufacturing, real estate and distribution of commodities.

The Client owes her success to her creative, determined, dependable and enterprising Human Resources and therefore intends to reinforce the sales and marketing force by recruiting dynamic individuals for the following position;

2 Account Manager (In Charge Hyper Supermarkets)
Reporting to the General Manager -Sales and Marketing the Accounts Manager-Hyper will be responsible for growing modern trade business (Hyper Clients), managing and maintaining Supermarkets good relationships with the clients as well as identifying and closing new hyper business opportunities.
