Roke Telcom is inviting applications from interested candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience to the following vacancies

Job Title: Account Relations Officer (2 Positions)

Department: Commercial Department
Location: Kampala

To follow up and provide after sales client support to Hoke Telkom customers ensuring that all client issues raised are promptly followed up and resolved, follow up on contract renewals and ensure maximum client retention.

Qualifications and Experience

• A University degree in Information Technology, Marketing, business administration or related field
  
• A minimum of 2 years progressive work experience in the service industry
  
• Excellent Customer service and relationship building skills
  
• Good interpersonal skills and with the ability to network and build relationships
  
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
  
• Strong written and verbal communication
  
• Computer literate, proficient with MS Office
  
• Computer networking skills are an added advantage
