JOB DETAILS:
2 Cementing Project Engineer
• A Bachelor's degree or above in Petroleum Engineering/Mechanical
• Engineering/Oilfield Chemical Application, etc. : A minimum of 10 years' experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, and 2 years'
• experience in Project Management, at least some oil-based mud project experience, and 7 years' experience in Cementing Engineering Services. Must have completed a cementing job for over 100 wells and an Oil base mud well for at least 20 wells, and must have completed at least 10 wells extended reach drilling well.
• Must be responsible for the Cementing services and communicate with Clients regarding job preparation, service delivery, and quality evaluation Should obey the HSE laws and regulations of the region country and implement the HSE concepts of the company, and HSE culture development. Should participate in HSE training and drills such as firefighting, earthquake, etc. which are organized by the company or clients.
• Must implement HSE procedures, STOP, JSA, and Safety Suggestions of the company.
• Must conduct a technical risk assessment and operational risk analysis of each job and complete the risk solutions and demonstrate to the client and other third parties.
• Must optimize the allocation of resources of Human, equipment, materials, etc. to expand economic benefits constantly.
• Must check the accuracy of data given by the client, ask for evidence and advise accordingly.
• Must know how to conduct the Risk Assessment and complete the Contingency Plan for Regular Wells/Critical Wells.
