Mbale Diocese in partnership with compassion international Uganda through her department of childrens’ ministry which serves the vulnerable children and youth to care for, nurture and develop them to become responsible Christian adults is looking for competent, self-driven, motivated persons to fill the following position.
2 Child Development Officers-Sponsor Donor Relations (CDO-SDR)
Job Summary:
The CDO SDR is a key liaison officer for all sponsorship relations at the Project level and ensures planned schedules, correspondences, beneficiary updates and coordination of sponsor visits.
Job Specifications:
• Must be a mature born again Christian with a sound testimony.
• A minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any of the following fields; Education, Social work and Social Administration, Development studies, social sciences, or any other related discipline.
• Written communication and basic organization skills are a MUST.
• Must have good interpersonal skills
• Formal training in Counselling and child development will be an added advantage.
• Must have good computer skills.
• Age between 25-35 years of age.
