JOB DETAILS:

Nationwide Properties (U) Ltd is launched by Major Uganda Investor. Our Objective is to establish a Premier Stakeholder in the Housing and Commercial Development Sector.
The Company is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the position of Clerk of Works. We need two qualified and above all self motivated team players who will participate in the development & growth of this company.

The jobs are located in Kampala.
Title: Clerk Of Works – 2 positions
Reports to: Project Manager

Responsibilities include:

• Supervising, all the works of contractors. - Should be at the site full time.
  
• Understanding the building industry, the knowledge of materials, trades and methods.
  
• Good Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
  
• Good Communication & negotiation skills.
  
• Weekly report making (should have good writing skills).
  
• Maintain the daily site diary.
  
• Physical Fitness & ability to cope with the tight schedule & specification.
  

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent, in Civil Engineering.
  
•  Excellent Computer skills
  
• 5 years for Degree holders, 7years for Diploma holders, or relevant post-graduate experience in reputable organizations.
