Monitor Publications Limited wishes to recruit qualified and experienced professionals to fill the following vacancies;

We aer looking to recruit:
Courier Sales Executives (2 Positions)
Reports to: Courier Sales Manager

Job Purpose: To source new business and service existing clients so as to maximize on revenue generation and collection to meet business objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Aggressively grows courier business by conducting daily sales visits to potential and existing clients.
• Collects dues on all courier services sold on credit within agreed timelines
• Maintains sales contacts with appropriate representative of major courier clients and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
•  Develops daily, weekly and monthly prospects of potential clients
• Files weekly reports with the courier sales manager on week’s activities and itineraries.
• Provides monthly sales and collection reports to the sales manager.
• Handles all customer complaints and give feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.
• Meets weekly with courier sales manager to strategize on prospective clients and evaluate business from the existing clients
• Reviews the previous day's operations with courier sales manager for efficient service delivery
• Visits identified prospective clients, discusses business opportunities and facilitates signing of appropriate contracts

Qualifications & Experience:

• Basic University Degree
• Diploma in Sales & Marketing
•  l to 2 years working experience in sales related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High drive for results
• Very high personal standards
• Good Proposal writing skills
• Ability to build strong relationships
•  Appreciation for numbers
• Strong customer focus
• Good planning and organizing skills
