JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose
The Field Coordinator will lead initiatives in food security and environmental conservation, ensuring sustainable agricultural practices and climate resilience within communities.

Key Responsibilities
• Assess community needs and develop food security strategies.
• Provide training on climate-smart agriculture, agroforestry, and conservation practices.
• Motivate communities for environmental protection initiatives, such as reforestation and soil conservation.
• Work with local authorities and organizations to integrate food security efforts into district development plans.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with environmental best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Environmental Science, Public Health, or Social Sciences.
• Three (3) years of experience in food security and environmental conservation projects.
• Strong facilitation, training, and community mobilization skills.
