Job Summary:
The Head Teacher will be responsible for the overall management of a primary school. This includes supervising the implementation of the curriculum, overseeing teacher performance, ensuring student discipline, and managing school resources. The Head Teacher will work to promote academic excellence and foster a positive learning environment. The role also requires strong leadership skills to engage with parents, the local community, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage the teaching staff to ensure effective implementation of the curriculum.
• Promote academic excellence by ensuring students’ performance is regularly assessed.
• Address student discipline and create a conducive learning environment.
• Organize and coordinate extracurricular activities and school events.
• Liaise with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being of students.
• Ensure proper school resource management, including classrooms, equipment, and teaching materials.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Education (Primary).
• At least 5 years of teaching experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle school administration and manage resources effectively.
