A Reputable IT Firm specializing in Enterprise and line of Business IT Solutions, with offices in Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Zimbabwe and operations in West and Central Africa is seeking to recruit highly competent, motivated and professional Graduates to help meet its customer acquisition, retention and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative in the following position:
2 Marketers

Marketers are responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or lines of business and brands within an organization) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications/roles

• Bachelor's degree in the related field
  
• Perform market analysis and research on competition
  
• Meet new and existing clients to create, nurture and convert/harness business opportunities
  
• Prepare proposals for sales, tender/bids, expression of interest and pre-qualification
  
• Do product presentations to prospects and respond to their inquiries
  
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
  
• Help with writing newsletters and marketing content as well as organizing marketing events
  
• Demonstrable skills in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
  
• Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  
• Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  
• Good taste, a sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
