Roke Telcom is inviting applications from interested candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience to the following vacancies

Job title: NOC Engineer (2 Positions)
Department: Technical Department
Location: Kampala

Will be responsible for providing shift based support, ensuring maximum sen/ice availability and performance through effective Communication, Monitoring. Event and Incident Management on a 24/W365 basis.

Qualifications and Experience

• A University degree (BSO) Computer Science! Information Technology! ICT from a recognized university
  
• CCNA Certification
  
• A minimum cl two (2) years oi progressively responsible experience in a telecoms environment
  
• Possess networking knowledge
  
• Customer service and end user support experience
