JOB DETAILS:
Qualification and Person Specification
• A Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science/ Husbandry, Agriculture Economics, Development Studies, Social Work or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
• Three years working experience with Community in a reputable institution.
• Well-developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills.
• High moral character and proven integrity.
• Ability to Coach and motivate others
• Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Carry out promotion duties in the Region.
• Train Local Kolping Family (LKF) Members on the objectives and programs of Kolping through visits, meetings and seminars.
• Enable members to set goals, monitor them and collect data for further evaluation.
• Assist LKFs to initiate, plan and execute Projects on self- help basis and ensure that Projects are equitably managed in the interest of the members as per set policies and guidelines.
• Establish new Local Kolping Families
• Strengthen and consolidate all Local Kolping Families.
• Track member's savings and submit progressive reports.
• Produce Simely monthly accountabilities and reports for the funds disbursed.
