Roke Telkom is a Uganda Based telecommunications company that has been fully licensed since 2005 by the Uganda Communications Commission (UCC) as a public Service Provider (capacity Resale, Voice and Data) And Public Infrastructure Provider. Roke Telcom is inviting applications from interested candidates with the necessary qualifications and experience to the following vacancies

Job title: Sales and Technical Engineer (2 Positions)
Department: Technical and Sales Department (Dual reporting lines)
Location: Northern region (Arua, Sorotil, Fort portal and Kasese

Will be responsible tor proactively seeking and securing new business in line with set monthly targets and with the view to aggressively growing ROKE Telkom‘s market share. Will also support and work with Technical Department in order to build and maintain a stable and reliable quality network infrastructure for ROKE clients.

Qualifications and Experience

• A University degree (BSD) Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering from a recognized university
  
• A minimum oi two (2) years‘ experience in a sales or technical role
  
• Excellent relationship account management skills, communication and ‘people skills‘
  
• Experience in advanced networking
  
• Experience in end-user support 
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  
• Computer literate, proficient with Project Excel, Visio and MS Office Sales Executive
