Job Description

• Responsible for customer services issues such as querries and complaints.
  
• Responsible for the entire shop/warehouse and all the employees that work within.
  
• Develop and execute sales and profit plans that are in-line with budgetary goals.
  
• Promote and practice safe work habits, identifying and resolving potential safety hazards, operational inconsistencies and any team member incidents.
  
• Overseeing pricing and stock control.
  
• Responsible for supervising, recruiting, training and appraising staff.
