JOB DETAILS:
Roles/Responsibilities (General for Territory Execution Managers):
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets in the assigned territory.
2. Manage and supervise the team of merchandisers and account developers.
3. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
4. Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners to ensure product availability.
5. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
6. Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities within the territory.
7. Coordinate stock distribution and inventory management to meet sales demand.
8. Train and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Knowledge of the Western DRC market and customer behavior is an added advantage.
6. Proficiency in English and/or local languages spoken in Western DRC.
7. Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and sales reporting tools.
