The Busolwe Discipleship Transformation Worship Centre invites applications from MATURE BORN AGAIN Christian professionals for ministry roles in their Child Development Centre in partnership with Compassion International.

1. Child Development Officer in Charge of Health (CDO-Health) – 1 Post
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree OR Diploma in Social Work, Education, Communication, or any related disciplines.
• Formal training in counseling, child development, Public Health, or other health-related fields will be an added advantage.
• Proven integrity in private and public life consistent with Christian values.
• Must be a mature, devoted BORN AGAIN Christian.
• Experience in working with Vulnerable Children Ministries (government or child-focused organizations) will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Act as a Christian role model for children, families, and communities.
• Track and improve children’s progressive health status.
• Conduct annual health screenings, maintain records, and send timely health reports to partners.
• Ensure general health and sanitation at the centre.
• Exhibit high professional ethics and lead with love and empathy in ministry.
• Coordinate health rallies in collaboration with different health organizations, hospitals, and clinics.

2. Daily Cook for Staff – 1 Post
Qualifications:
• Certificate in Catering, Hotel Management, or any related vocation.
• Proven personal and public integrity with skills in cooking and serving meals with care.
• Knowledge of asset management is an added advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities:
• Be a mature born-again Christian with a good testimony.
• Prepare and serve meals on time.
• Be able to prepare both local and international dishes.
• Keep the cooking place and utensils neat, clean, and organized.
