Chrif Enterprise Limited is a Channel Pattern with MTN seeks to recruit suitable candidates to sell internet services Fiber to the Business (FTTB) and SMEs in Kampala, to fill the following vacant positions in its establishment.

Job Purpose
Responsible for providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Serves customers by selling MTN internet services and meeting customer needs
• Provide the sales leads for MTN products by soliciting business from prospective customers.
• Attend or make presentations to corporate on Fiber to the Business (FTTB) Internet services.
• Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Advise customers on how to complete application forms for the internet services.
• Keeps Regional Manager informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

Person Specifications:
The position requires the following minimum qualifications:
• Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance from a recognized University OR O-Level with three years of experience in sales from a reputable organization.
• At least one year working experience in sales industry
• Should be computer literate
• Aged between 20 – 35 years.

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: High School
