Application forms Public Service Form No. 3 (Revised 2008) to be submitted in triplicate are obtainable from the Secretaries District Service Commissions, Public Service Commission, Kampala or can be downloaded from Public Service Commission website: www.psc.go.ug.
Applications must bear the title of the post and the reference number specified against the job.
Applicants should attach three (3) sets of recent certified photocopies of their certificates and testimonials, plus three (3) colour recent passport size photographs. Registration certificates and professional certificates, where applicable should also be attached. Those already in Government service must route their applications through their Heads of Departments who should be informed of the closing date to avoid delay.
Applicants who shall not hear from the District Service Commission on completion of the selection exercise should consider themselves unsuccessful
