Job details:
Uganda Microcredit Foundation Limited ( UMF ) a fast growing microfinance institution in Uganda offering inclusive financial and non-financial services to small and medium enterprises in rural and urban areas of Uganda.

UMF is seeking to recruit motivated and qualified individuals to take up the position of 3 Branch Managers.

Key duties and responsibilities of Branch Managers.

• The Branch Manager shall be responsible for the overall supervision of branch operations including accounting, administration and credit operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Possession of a good University Degree in any business related course.
• Work experience of 2 to 3 3 years in a busy financial institution.
•  Able to market and recruit potential clients
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player and result oriented.
• High integrity, innovative, creative and self-driven
