Job Summary:
The Deputy Head Teacher will assist the Head Teacher in managing the daily operations of the primary school. This includes supporting the implementation of the curriculum, managing student affairs, overseeing the teaching staff, and maintaining discipline within the school. The Deputy Head Teacher will also step in for the Head Teacher when necessary and will assist with strategic planning to enhance the
educational experience of students.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Teacher in implementing the school’s curriculum and academic programs.
• Manage and oversee teacher performance and provide support where needed.
• Supervise student activities, discipline, and welfare.
• Organize and implement extracurricular programs and school events.
• Liaise with parents, staff, and the local community to address school issues.
• Step in as acting Head Teacher in the absence of the Head Teacher.

Qualifications and Experience:
• A Bachelor's degree in Education (Primary).
• At least 3 years of teaching experience, with 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage administrative duties while focusing on academic goals.
