About Us:
Mbale Clinical Research Institute (MCRI) was established in 2008 as a research unit within Mbale Regional Referral Hospital. MCRI has progressively developed by undertaking several clinical and biomedical research projects. Over the years, MCRI's portfolio has gradually expanded to include different studies involving Severe Anaemia, Severe Pneumonia, Hydroxyurea with SCA, Severe Hypoxia, Malaria, alongside many other major studies.

Job Purpose:
This is a middle level position for this opening. Responsible for creating and maintaining overall Enterprise systems and Network plans to support the organization's business strategy, agreed service level agreements with Partners and plans all aspects of the infrastructure necessary to ensure provision of Enterprise systems services that meet such agreements. As part of the job, the incumbent needs to develop innovative initiatives to improve the quality and effectiveness of the Institute's IT services.
