Education and Skills
• Proven Integrity in personal and public life Christian values
• Must hold a Degree in Social work, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Education or any other related Discipline.
• Has a proven relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Must have good interpersonal skills; a team work and willingness to learn.
• Experience and current knowledge of OVC intervention is desirable.
• Skills in Project planning and management will be an added advantage previous supervisory experience is desirable.
• Age limit is 25-40 years.
• Skills in counseling and knowledge in HIV/AIDS Innervations will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities;
• Be a Christian role model for the Children, their families and communities.
• Working within ones influence to serve as an advocate for the Children and their caregivers.
• Be in charge of offering leadership to the other Child Development Centre staff.
• Management of all program key Result Areas. Prepare in collaboration with the other stakeholders project work plans and budgets.
• Work as Accounting Officer of the Child Development Centre.
• Submit monthly reports to the project leadership and other partners.
• Manage the process of child Development guidelines.
• Responsible for preparing children for completion from the program.
• Conduct sponsor visits and tours.
• Be a Christian role model for the children, their families and communities.
• Carry out children visitations in homes and Schools. Attend to other relevant tasks assigned by project leadership.
