Job summary: The Sales and Marketing Graduate trainee will assist in promoting the company’s products and services as well as acting as an intermediary between the company and its clientele while earning a stipend. .

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
● Monitors competitor products and services, sales and marketing activities.
● Represents the company at various meetings to promote our products and services.
● Meets with key clients, creating relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
● Attending exhibitions and other trade shows
● Developing sales strategies
● Following up on business leads and referrals
● Travelling to various client locations to promote company products and services
● Leaflet, flyers and poster distribution
● Manages and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
● Answers questions from clients

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
o The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or any other business-related course, with a minimum of one-year related experience.
o Demonstrate in-depth sales and marketing techniques.
o Effective verbal & written communication skills and customer service skills.
o High degree of flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
o Responsible, self-starter, punctual, independent worker & attention to detail
o Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Access, Power Point)
o Being confident and positive
