Job Summary:
Carrying out Field Mapping and Profiling of tea farmers in Uganda
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Prepare Field Data work plans
• Data Collection
• Report to Data Manager

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
The applicant should hold a minimum of a certificate from a recognized tertiary institution.
General Requirements:
• Strong knowledge in farmers‘ extension and Tea agronomy will be an added advantage.
• Physical ability to walk across difficult terrain.
• Knowledge of project area and local languages.
• Computer skills for record keeping, research and data management.
• Ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with results-orientation and efficiency in a multi-tasking environment; Strong planning skills; Flexibility, responsibility, integrity, teamwork, self-motivated.
• Ability to perform effectively with self-esteem and able to work for long hours
• The maximum age should be 30 years.
