JOB DETAILS:
Psalms Food Industries the leading manufacturer of snacks in Uganda, is seeking to recruit competent, energetic and qualified persons to fill the positions of;
Job Title: 4 Regional Sales Executives
Reports To: Sales And Marketing Manager
Age: 25-30 Years .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aggressive grow sales volume so as to meet daily, weekly and monthly set targets.
• Receive custorner’s feedback to assess their requirements, risks and challenges.
• Maintain outstanding stock and visual merchandising standards with customers.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Effectively plan supply activities to ensure sales orders are delivered on time.
• Recommend and display issues that match customer needs
• Manage point — of sale process.
• Keep up to date with brand and product knowledge

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
• 1 -2 Years’ experience in sales and marketing
• Knowledge and practical skills in use of competencies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
• A Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Commerce or Business Administration with specialisation in marketing from a recognised institution.
• Full or partial CIM qualification will be of added advantage.
