5 Child Development Officers for Health

Core Duties and Responsibilities of CDO Health

• Serve as an advocate for children and caregivers.
• Conduct health needs assessments and plan interventions with Church leadership.
• Monitors health trends and submit scheduled reports. identify, plans and coordinates health trainings, health screenings for children.
•  Lead and participate in implementation of health programs and curriculum.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities required:

• Age: 22-35 years
• Mature Christians portraying a heart tor children and knowledge of scriptures.
• A minimum of a Diploma in a health field tor CDO Health and tor other positions, a minimum of a Degree in Social Work, Education, Development Studies, Child Ministry and any other related field.
• Experience in community work and working with children is an added advantage.
• Computer knowledge is a MUST.
• Willingness to work and stay in remote communities.
