Roles & Responsibilities Of Academic Registrar
• Supervising and evaluating tutors on regular basis
• Proper alignment of institution’s curriculum with that of UBTEB
• Collecting, recording, maintaining and reporting of students’ records e.g., grades, registration data, transcripts, and other associated audits
• Registration of students with UBTEB
• Provide leadership and develop appropriate recommendations for the implementation of related technology application in support of enhanced services offered through Registration and Records
• Develop and administer the departmental budget
• Establish schedules and procedures for the supervision of students in non-classroom areas (including before and after Institution).
• Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students and staff for academic performance and responsibility for behavior.
• Managing, evaluating and supervising effective and clear procedures for the operation and functioning of the Institution consistent with the philosophy, mission, values and goals of the institution including instructional programs, extracurricular
• activities, and discipline systems to ensure a safe and orderly climate, building maintenance, program evaluation, personnel management, office operations, and emergency procedures.
• Performing any other tasks assigned to you by management from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications
• A diploma in any one of the following disciplines: Education in
• Agriculture, Economics, and other related areas.
Experience
• At least three (03) years’ working experience of teaching in an institution, at least one (01) year of which should have been at a supervisory level.
