Job details:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans to fill the following vacant post existing in the Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology (UICT), Kampala. UICT is a Public Tertiary Institution established by Statutory Instrument No. 79 of October, 2005, and managed and operated by Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) according to the UCC Act, 2013.

Post: Academic Registrar
Grade: UICT/02
Reports to: Deputy Principal

Overall purpose of the job
The Academic Registrar is responsible for the supervision and management of all administrative and operational functions of the Office of the Registrar, including but not limited to admission, academic studies, quality assurance examinations progression and gradation in line with the Institute’s mandate.

Terms and Conditions of Employment
Successful candidates for the above post will sign a 5-year renewable contract with the institute.
