Position Title: ACCOUNT MANAGER
Number of Vacancies: 1 (ONE)
Location: UGANDA (KAMPALA)

Job Summary:
The position holder will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for understanding their needs and challenges. Subsequently, they will collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams to effectively communicate client expectations and provide tailored solutions, with the goal of driving organic account growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and analyze customer’s usage of our products and services to ensure they remain active and growing.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase customer’s lifetime value.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions on CRM and any other sales management system.
• Develop and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with customers.
• Fostering relationships between customers and the support team, making it easier for users to solve end-customer issues.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare regular reports on client relationship activities, revenue and client feedback.

Education/Experience Needed:
• Bachelor of Commerce/Arts degree in Sales, Marketing or Customer Relations
• At least 3 years’ proven working experience as an account manager in the fintech or banking sector
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Skills and Abilities Required:
• Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to leverage these skills to develop new business Opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
• Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently, while maintaining attention to detail.
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
