JOB DETAILS:
Kibaale community Centre an NGO Registration No.1963 And Permit No.2976 running four Schools and a Medical Clinic at Rakai District; is seeking to recruit an Accountant. The person required must be: A Lady between 26 and 33 years of Age and a Born-Again Christian.

Roles and responsibilities:
• Manage all bank accounts and bank transfers/wires
• Perform all banking functions. Ensure accuracy of record keeping Produce monthly and annual financial statements
• Create and adhere to annual budget Manage the loans programs Track balances for project related funding and special gifts Disperse all monies to department heads
• Manage payroll and ensure that Payroll Tax and NSSF remittances are made on time.
• Perform monthly Bank, Asset and Liability account reconciliations
• Manage cash transactions and gather accountabilities
• Ensure all insurance needs are met and paid for

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Degree in Business Studies preferably in accounting or finance.
• Must be computer literate and have skills in m/s word and excel.
• Experience with a computerized accounting system preferably QuickBooks is a must.
• Three years of related experience. Must have good organizational, interpersonal and reporting skills. Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.
