Background
Rushere Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Limited, a registered SACCO in Rushere Town Council, operates in the districts of Kiruhura, Kazo, Kamwenge, Ibanda, Mbarara, Sembabule, Kyegegwa, and Lyantonde. We are expanding and looking to hire qualified personnel for the following positions:

1. Accounts Officer (1)
Department: Finance, Accounts & Administration
Position in Organization: Middle- Level Management
Reporting to: General Manager
Location/Branch: Head Office
Salary Scale: R3a

Job Summary:
• Monitor accounts and financial operations
• Prepare monthly & quarterly financial reports
• Reconcile transactions
• Manage debtors and creditors records

Knowledge and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration (Accounting and Finance), or related field from a recognized institution
• CPA holder, at least level two
• 3-5 years of experience in accounts, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level

Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literacy and knowledge of accounting packages

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
