Right To Play (RTP), a fast-growing Non-profit International Organization with headquarters in Toronto, Canada, is looking for a Finance and Business Analyst based in Uganda. The Finance and Business Analyst reports directly to the Africa Finance and Business Administration Manager (AFBAM). The incumbent is responsible for the proper implementation of financial procedures in all Africa Right To Play program operations including Uganda, Burundi, Tanzania, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Ghana, Mall, Liberia, Benin & Rwanda. S/he works with the respective Finance Officers (F05) at Country Level to ensure budgeting, accounting, and other financial and accounting functions are in accordance with RTP internal policies and procedures. S/he will ensure regular account and budget analysis and ensures RTP Africa-wide books are closed on time and financial reports from field are completed and accurate. He/she is responsible for preparing financial reports for management. S/he performs all balance sheet accounts analysis and reconciliation. We're looking for a problem-solver with excellent communication skills, a strong drive for results and the ability to work within a growing function across multiple countries. The successful candidate will join a motivated, passionate, overachieving team of professionals.

Minimum Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration. ,
ACCA or CPA certification.
At least 5 years of experience doing similar work including at least one year of providing multi-country support.
Leadership and management experience.
Experience managing multi-country grants and developing budgets at senior management level.
