JOB DETAILS:
Agency Training Officer
Reporting to the Head of Agency Training, the Agency Training Officer will, under guidance, conduct monthly training sessions and keep a running database of all the agents and the trainings they have gone through.
As the ideal resource for this role, the successful candidate will be an ardent team player, with excellent people skills. In addition, she/he will be highly confidential, the go to person with an analytical mind-set, proactive and self-driven, with ability to meet deadlines on short notice.

Responsibilities
Coordinate information flow between the Team Personal Assistants and the entire training function
• Organize weekly meetings with PA's
• Carry out quarterly needs' analysis with PA's

Agency Meetings (Part Timers and Full Timers)
• Draft the monthly meetings schedule and mobilize attendance.
• Design a handout/flyer to circulate among agents to summarize the learning.
• Conduct quarterly surveys to measure effectiveness.
• Support in the Facilitation and mobilization for the Monthly Sales Congress

Implement the PRU Cadets
• Conduct the weekly training sessions for interns.
• Track and share progress reports with the Development function.
• Oversee all communication from Agent Training Department to all agents that are eligible for the existing training.

Script Based Learning
• Ensure implementation of script-based learning across all segments
• Conduct spot tests quarterly for all existing agents above 6 months

Training reporting and analytics
• To prepare monthly training reports accurately and timely

Other duties
• Perform any other duties as may be required

Core Competences Required:
• At least a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Education or Human Reasources related field
• Minimum of atleast two years working experience
• Competent Computer skills, specifically in Power Point and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and activities
• Ability to successfully work in a high activity, fast paced environment
• Can work well with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office tools, especially excel and Office 365 tools
• Demonstrate a high-level professionalism, time keeping and discretionary effort
• Ability to pay attention to detail

Bachelor Degree
