JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
Richur Solar & Lighting Co. is looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Assistant Accountant to support our finance team. This role is ideal for someone with basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn. If you are good with numbers and want to grow in the accounting field, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
• Help in recording daily financial transactions (e.g., sales, expenses).
• Assist in preparing invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Support in keeping track of company accounts and financial reports.
• Help with bank transactions, deposits, and reconciliations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documents.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Work closely with the senior accountant to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Count and record stock movement (track what comes in and what goes out).
• Make sure stock records match with sales and purchases.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (fresh graduates are welcome).
Skills Required:
o Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
o Ability to use Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks is a plus).
o Good with numbers and attention to detail.
o Honest, organized, and willing to learn.
