Bank of India (U) Ltd is looking for a qualified and experienced result oriented individual to fill the following position at Head Office, Jinja Road, Kampala
Job title: Audit Assistant
Overview
• To assist the Head of Internal Audit with administering the daily activities of Bank of India (Uganda) Ltd
• To meet Audit Plan objectives in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines.
• Review and recommend changes in internal audit controls.
• Review, assess and recommend changes in accounting systems and controls of business units.
• Make recommendations to Bank Management and suggest changes to the Bank's Policies and Procedure Manuals, forms, Processes etc whenever it is required
• Assist with performing Fraud Audits
• Perform any other Audit department's related duties as and when notified.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by management.

Qualification
• The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Degree in a Business related field from a recognized Institution
• CPA level 2
• Two (2) years working experience in audit in a reputable organizator Audit Firm is a MUST.
• Highly organized person, with ability to multitask with ease

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
