BID NOTICE UNDER OPEN BIDDING
PROCUREMENT FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF ASSORTED CONSTRUCTION, WATER FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT ACCESSORIES, MECHANICAL, FENCING AND BUILDING MATERIALS UNDER FRAMEWORK CONTRACT FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS. (PR No. MAAIF-AVCP/ SUPLS/2023-2024/00008)
The Ministry of Agriculture, Animal industry and Fisheries has allocated funds to be used for Procurement for Supply and Delivery of Assorted Construction, Water Facilities, Equipment Accessories, Mechanical, Fencing and Building Materials under Framework Contract for a period of twenty-four (24) months. PR No. MAAIF-AVCP! SUPLS/2023-2024/00008;
The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of the above supplies.
Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open do- mestic bidding method contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders.
Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below at 9 (a) from 8:00AM-5:00PM.
The Bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written applica- tion to the address below at 9(a) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/ (Uganda Shillings Fifty Thousand only) for each procurement. The method of payment will be through Banks authorised to receive
non-taxable revenue.
Bids must be delivered to the address below at 9(a) at or before 11.00 AM, on 10th October 2024. All bids must be accompanied by bid securities of amount Ugx. 153,944,890/= (Uganda Shillinge One Hundred Fifty
Three Million Nine Hundred Forty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety only).
Bid securities must be valid until 12th September 2024. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 9(a) at 11.10 AM, 7th March 2024.
There shall not be a pre-bid meeting.
