Recruitment of a new Board Member: Fundraising
Casey Foundation Africa is seeking to recruit a new board member for the Fundraising position. Our organization is dedicated to fighting against, preventing, and ending child marriages and adolescent pregnancies and promoting healthy child development through education, skilling, mentorship, advocacy, and women empowerment programs.

Fundraising
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute effective fundraising strategies. Together, we will define innovative approaches to secure the resources necessary to fulfil our mission.
• Nurturing Connections: Identify and cultivate potential donors, sponsors, and partners who share our commitment. Building strong relationships is the foundation of our fundraising success.
• Campaign Leadership: Lead the planning and execution of diverse fundraising events and campaigns. From local initiatives to global endeavours, your creativity and leadership will drive results.
• Donor Engagement: Manage donor relationships with grace and diligence. Your communications will inspire and inform, ensuring that our supporters are valued and well-informed about the impact of their contributions.
• Progress Tracking: Keep a vigilant eye on fundraising progress. Regularly report to the board, providing insights and data-driven recommendations to guide strategic decisions.
• Board Engagement: Actively participate in board meetings and discussions, bringing your fundraising expertise to inform broader organizational strategies and priorities.
