We are currently looking for a competent person to fill the following vacancy that exists in our company.
JOB TITLE: Brand Manager - New Holland (NH) Tractors
Job Purpose
The New Holland Brand Manager is primarily responsible for delivering the agreed sales targets and objectives as well as the overall oversight and control of the operation at their respective brand to contribute C to the achievement of the overall CMC Group Ltd strategy..
Reporting to the Country Manager, the Brand Manager - NH will:
• Drive the achievement of agreed sales and perfomrance KPl targets (focus on Volume, Margin, and ultimately income growth) of the brand.
• Create the dealership sales forecasts by estimating total Tractor sales, gross and operating profits as well as expenses for NH sales.
• Manage inventory of booked Tractorsl maintain stock level of 3 month circa
• Constantly ensure growth of Customer Base and increase market share of New Holland tractors
• Do proper planning of sales and marketing activities from initiation to execution together with the Sales & Marketing Coordinator
• Ensure implementation of QHSE management systems and SOPs in your area of responsibility
• Ensure customer/associate engagement ls enhanced and that customer complaints are resolved through taking necessary actions
• Train and develop all the reporting staff (Sales Executives) & ensure monthly targets are actualized.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained by managing customer complaints and implementing standards for displaying and merchandising new tractors as well as all promotions
An Ideal candidates must;
• Hold a bachelor's degree with a bias in Marketing / any other Automotive Related field Have 7-10 years‘ experience in Sales of Tractors, of which at least 3 years should have been in Sales in a Managerial position
• Be computer literate
• Should be creative and innovative
• Possess good communication and public relations skills
• Conversant with agricultural sector of the country with clarity in mapping..
