JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
• Implement HSE procedures, STOP, JSA and Safety Suggestion of company.
• Implement the confidentiality regulations of company. Core information of technical, operation and commercial are prohibited to be disclosed.
• Plan the business trip or crew change base on safety and keep in touch all the time to prevent personnel and properties from incident and accident.
• Obey and implement the HSE policy and procedures of client.
• Summarize HSE performance in daily/monthly/yearly work report, include but not limited to STOP card, Safety Suggestion, Permit To Work, HSE training, Incident, Accident, Near Miss, NPT, etc.
• Cooperate with HSE crew to complete the HSE inspection. Provide all evidence as per requirement timely and truly.
• Assist the Supervisor to implement the Oilfield Chemicals Project Management Regulation and Policies
• Take charge of Bulk Plant activities
• Optimize the allocation of resources of Human, equipment, materials, etc to expand work efficiency
• Plan the daily activities and assign to crew
• Conduct risk assessment for Bulk Plant operation, and complete emergency plan and contingency plan
• Complete Daily Report and share with Logistic Manager and Project Manager
• Conduct training for materials SDS
• Conduct training for Bulk Plant equipment specification, PMS and SOP, etc.
• Maintain the Bulk Plant equipment spare parts inventory and make annual procurement plan
• Cooperate with HSE supervisor to conduct wall thickness test and pressure test for pressurized vessel
• Track the validity of inspection certificates
• Complete handover report, state equipment status in details
• Gather all documents required in the Quality Manual and bring to Logistic Manager and Project Manager
• Should be able to participate in HSE training and drills such as firefighting, earthquake, etc. which are organized by company & clients.
• Complete other work assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Cementing, Automation and Mechanical Engineering, or any other related majors.
• At least 5 years of field working experience and 3 years of Cementing operation in the oil gas industry
• Have oil engineering and mechanical knowledge background, familiar with cementing process principle and related equipment performance and working principle
• Must be familiar with Bulk Plant performance and working principle and be familiar with maintenance for bulk plant equipment.
