Job Summary: SurePay Limited is looking for proactive and skilled professional who will assess business processes, identifies areas for improvement, and recommend/implement solutions to optimize efficiency, productivity, and profitability
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks in internal business processes and systems to improve efficiency and maximize product uptake
Analyzing business needs, identifying problems, developing solutions, documenting requirements, and collaborating with internal teams.
Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements solutions through development of use cases
Communication findings and recommendations to stakeholders including management and technical teams
Ensure recommended solutions are implemented effectively
Perform business projections and trend analysis for products and overall business
Analyze data develop reports and create presentations to communicate insights and support decision making
Assist with project planning, scope definition and task management. Collaborate with products/project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Identifying and implementing process improvements and monitor the impact of the recommendation on the business
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field.
3+ years of experience in finance or business. Preferred Attributes:
Familiarity with business analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
