We are a brand new TV in Uganda with primary objective of providing affordable premium content to audiences across Africa. Our mission is to create world class channels that enable Ugandans to access top—notch programming, easily and freely. We are looking for hardworking and talented professionals to fill the following positions:

Business Development Manager
Reports: Country General Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Seeking out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers in your industry.
  
• Overseeing and managing a large team of Sales Managers, typically spanning a wide geographical area
  
• identifying valuable emerging markets
  
• Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
  
• Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
  
• Maximizing company profit
  
• Foreseeing and avoiding stagnation in the marketplace
  
• Forming sales strategies to keep your company competitive and innovative

Job specifications

• A Master of Business Administration degree or it’s equivalent
  
• Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing (ClM)

Experience

• 7 years’ working experience in sales and marketing, 3 of which should have been in a senior position in sales field in
• Broadcasting industry.
