Job details:
Kulika Uganda is an indigenous NGO that works towards transforming livelihoods. We are seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Business Development Manager.
Key responsibilities:

• Business Planning: Take lead in the development and review of the business plan tor the Training Centre
•  Oversee regular and timely implementation statutory and legal requirements of the Centre
• Identity opportunities for new business and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Take lead in pricing the products/service and developing support systems
•  Leverage your networks to develop new clientele and enhance existing relationships
• Take lead in Market Research.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Marketing
• Must have at least 3-5 years‘ working experience in Sales and Marketing
• Networking and Persuasion Skills
• Leadership and Communication
• Effective decision making
• Research and Managerial skills
