JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities:
• Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients and strategic partnerships.
• Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication and account management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and services that meet client needs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, contracts, and agreements.
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and partners.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective plans to capture them.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
