SGA Security Uganda Limited is one of the leading and most innovative organizations in the security industry. The company has realized the need to recruit competent persons in the following position to be based at its head office in Kampala.

Position: Business Development Managers (01 Guarding and 01 Technical)

Purpose of Position:
The business development Manager will he predominantly responsible for a new business development and for the lull sales cycle across a portfolio of key and core prospects in Guarding & Technical Department

Key Performance Areas:

• Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Prepare sales contracts by ensuing adherence to establish rules and guidelines
• Building long term relationships with major accounts and ensuring opportunities are best explored and solutions are delivered to the customer
• Arrange business meetings with perspective clients
• Provides trustworthy feedback and after sales support

Experience

• Experienced at preparing and on presenting quarterly goals and forecast for future projects
•  Experience in customer support

Skills & Abilities

• Goal oriented and organized team player -Ability to analyze data and sates statistics and translate results into better solutions
•  Excellent communication skills -Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Self-motivated and self-directed
•  Good problem solving skills
•  Ability to build relationships with key employees among customers

Minimum qualification

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing and or related field.
• Post Graduate diploma in Marketing Management is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in physical security management and or as operations manager guarding in a reputable security firm

Remuneration for all position is very attractive and commensurate with qualifications and experience
