JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Business Development Supervisor
Job location: Kampala, Uganda
Job Purpose: The Company seeks to hire Business Development Supervisor to
provide support in the development and management of Sales Initiatives

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Ensuring the set monthly and quarterly revenue generation targets are
2. achieved
3. Follow up with clients to ensure outstanding credit is collected within the
4. debtor collection period
5. Ensuring that all deals are profitable by meeting the gross margins target
6. Prepare quotes for the clients as per the client job requirements
7. Manage the customer accounts and ensure the customer relationship is well
8. managed
9. Follow up on client feedback
10. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with the client.
11. Prepare periodic reports on client account status
12. Prepare and present the monthly departmental report in a timely manner
13. Maintain and expand client data base within assigned territory
14. Maintain a robust sales management pipeline and ensure the documentation
15. of the entire customer journey
16. Developing and maintain departmental systems and procedure in line with the
17. requirements of ISO 2015
18. Qualify prospects and leads with the aim of confirming viable businesses
19. Conducting individual training needs assessment
20. Ensure adherence to the QMS system standards through compliance to QMS
21. standards
22. Ensure the monthly departmental report is shared by the 5th of every month
23. Qualifications
24. Bachelor of Commerce degree (marketing) from a reputable university.
25. Member of CIM / MSK
26. Must be a Ugandan citizen

Experience
● 3+ experience in carrying out Business development related functions
Skills
1. Team management
2. People management skills
3. Ability to work under minimum supervision.
4. effective verbal and written communication skills
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
