JOB DETAILS:
Nation Media Group is Uganda’s most influential media house, operating the Daily Monitor, Saturday Monitor and Sunday Monitor newspapers, 93.3 KFM, 90.4 Dembe FM, NTV Uganda, Spark TV, Nation Courier Service and the Monitor Business Directory.

We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Executives – Print/Digital who are stationed upcountry particularly in Mbarara, Kabale, Kabarole, Masaka, Mbale, Jinja, Soroti, Kapchorwa, Gulu, Lira, Arua and Masindi to source new business and service existing clients. The goal is to maximise revenue generation and collection to meet our business objectives.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
• Aggressively grow advertising business.
• Coordinate Designing and approval of client’s adverts.
• Collect dues on advertising space sold on credit.
• Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major advertisers and to follow-up and resolve any complaints.
• Develop prospects of potential clients.
• Coordinate supplements for NMGU clients.
• Provide regular sales and collection reports to the Business Manager
• Handle customer complaints and provide feedback for customer satisfaction and growing client portfolio.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Academic: Basic University Degree from an accredited institution.
Professional: Diploma in Sales and Marketing.
Experience: At least 1-2 years Sales experience in a related field
