Job Summary:
Smartcare Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Professional Sales Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and promoting our hospital and medical supplies. This position requires an individual with strong expertise in healthcare sales, a proven track record, and the ability to develop new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for hospital and medical supplies.
• Establish, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers.
• Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to grow Smartcare Ltd’s market presence.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting product features, benefits, and value propositions.
• Negotiate sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and materials.
• Provide product training and support to customers as needed, ensuring optimal product usage and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM tools.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5–10 years in sales, specifically in hospital and medical supplies.
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare and medical supplies industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.

• Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
• Ability to analyze data, understand market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
