Business Intelligence Manager Opportunity
Why this role is critical to us:
The Bl manager will be responsible for implementing data processes and systems, ensuring data is continuously accurate and available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it. The Bl Manager will report to the Head of IT, Data and BI.
What you'll need to bring to the party:
• Excellent data development and programming skills
• Good knowledge of any statistical language preferably R, SAS is an advantage but not a requirement Python & SQL Development
• Solution architecture and development
• Detailed solution and development documentation
• Test case and unit testing creation
• Standards enforcement
• Code/process/standards reviews .

What you'll be doing:
• Data quality assurance and validations
• Providing leadership and management of direct reports
• Data quality assurance and validations
• Liaisons with PI's and stakeholders to supply data
• Liaison with Bank of Uganda as regards monthly reporting
• Development and input into new products, design of reports for the regulator

Job Skills: Not Specified

What is required:
• At least 5 years' experience in a credit bureau or similar data driven business as a software developer compiling and linking data of risk information, with banking and financial background.
• Degree or appropriate similar relevant qualifications in subject matter expertise is preferable
• Excellent data development and programming skills
• Good knowledge of any statistical language preferably R, SAS is an advantage but not a requirement
• Python & SQL Development
