Job details:
Job Purpose: To manage the development and monetization of digital content channels through the internet and other electronic digital platforms in order to achieve set targets profitably while understanding the changing trends in the local and international digital market.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing business plans and sales strategies for the market that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  
• Develop initiatives and strategies for all digital products and monetization of digital platforms.
  
• Monitoring and understanding the global and local digitized content market on products, trends and opportunities. -
  
• identify and develop digital information distribution channels
  
• identify, coordinating and developing action plans to penetrate new markets.
  
• Facilitate the appropriate content generation process with the Product and Editorial team.
  
• Conducting one on one review with all digital content stakeholders to build more effective communications, understanding the training needs, and providing an insight for the improvement of sales and activity performance.
  
• Preparing and maintaining accurate records of oil budgets, pricing, sales and activity reports for different digital channels
  
• liaising with radio publication and newspaper editorial terms to ensure constant availability of up to date and relevant information
  in all channels
  
• Establishing and building relationship with potential content owners and recommending ways that Improve both users experience and benefits to the company.
  
• Advise on strategic partner relations with service providers, software vendors and all technical / commercial partners,
  
• Help identify training needs for the entire sales force and make recommendation on ideal training to help improve skill sets
  
• Take the lead in identifying new digital opportunities and technologies that will help the company grow it digital footprint and also keep it relevant and in touch with the growing digital audiences
  
• Design unique advertising solutions with a digital component that are converged with the company other platforms

• Computer Literate with knowledge and experience in enterprise software solutions primarily internet and mobile technologies.
  
• Managing technology sales, marketing and client relationships.
  
• Internet and social media marketing experience with high understand of new media and web analytics.
  
• Understanding of the product development cycle, evaluation and monitoring.
  
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) for both webs and mobile platforms.
  
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear strategy
  
• Strong Proposal writing
  
• Ability to track review and manage team performance effectively
  
• Ability to work under minimum supervision and tight deadlines
  
• Strong communication (oral & written)
  
• Strong interpersonal and coaching skills

Qualifications and Experience:

• A bachelor's degree in IT -related course or equivalent business degree
  
• Professional Qualification and or Post Graduate Degree in relevant
  field e.g.ClM.
  
• At least 5 years sales working experience In related business with 2 years at management level
