Masindi Farmers Agro Business Ltd is a company owned by Masindi District Farmers Association and MADFA Cooperative Savings and Credit Society Ltd. It is a premium off taker trading in rice, maize, beans and oil seeds. It focuses on empowerment of smallholder farmers in Bunyoro region to produce quality and voluminous agricultural produce to improve their livelihood and grow the company business".
The company is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent and highly motivated Ugandan to fill the position of Business Manager.

Job Summary
The Business Manager shall be responsible for providing leadership for all aspects of the company's operations with emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profitability, and return on investment. He or she will directly supervise the functional sections that lead or support the development of new businesses and/ or the transformation of products and processes. The incumbent will oversee Business Development and Management; Compliance with UNBS grain standards and Quality Control; Customer Service; People Management and Leadership.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Business, Finance, Economics or any other related field from a reputable University or Diploma holders with over 5 years proven experience in a similar role.
• At least five (5) years of working experience in a busy business environment of which 2 years MUST be at supervisory level
• Experience in managing of donor funded projects is added advantage


Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
