JOB DETAILS:
3. CDO-SDR
Responsible to: Project Director
Working within ones influence, serves as an advocate for children and their caregivers who live in poverty and are not able to speak out for themselves.

Specific duties include;
• Coordinates all Supporter beneficiary communications at the ICP.
• Coordinates all planned sponsor tours and visits to the beneficiaries.
• Ensures distribution and acknowledgement of 100% of children gifts to beneficiaries. Ensures proper documentation and record keeping of all Supporter Beneficiary communications
• Regularly updates beneficiary profiles in Compassion Connect.
• Monitors, evaluates, prepares and submits Supporter Beneficiary related reports. Participates in the social emotional Development of the registered beneficiaries. Plans and coordinates SDR related trainings and education of caregivers and children. Ensures individual child attention through home visits, school visits and beneficiary assessments.
• Participates in beneficiary life planning. Ensures beneficiary participation in program activities meets standards.
• The relevant candidate shall be a model Christian and respectful of people's privacy and confidentiality.

Requirements (HBP, CDO- SDR and PD)
1. Age: 23-38 years
2. Christian maturity characterized by a strong Christian testimony, a heart for children ministry and knowledge of the scriptures.
3. Strong interpersonal relationship skills.
4. Ability to effectively manage teams and respond to stakeholder expectations.
5. At Least two years' experience in community Related work especially dealing with children.
6. A minimum of a Degree in Social Work and Social Administration, Education, Nursing, Development studies, Community Psychology, Child Ministry or any other related field.
7. Practical computer literacy
8. Ability to learn new things and work beyond normal working hours as need may arise.
